Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We have zonal Shipping and since we are a global eCommerce platform, most of our products are shipped internationally. Since most of our products are sourced globally standard shipping time is 13 - 23 days, although we do try and ship products ASAP. Certain category of products that are shipped locally will arrive in 7 days after fulfillment.

We use postal service for delivering our products and that is why we can offer free shipping in certain zones like GCC and very economical and low shipping rates in other zones.

You may be required to pay customs fees that may be based on your jurisdiction requirements.

All our products are packaged and made ready for shipment in 3-5 working days.The products that require additional customization or printing take 5-7 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Globally shipped products at times will have limited tracking and will be updated only on limited stages.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

27avenue.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Duties, CST, VAT, GST, etc.).

 

Damages

27avenue.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If youreceived your order damaged, please note we will try our best to arrange a replacement from the seller. At all times we will make the best effort to help the customers and make sure that products are delivered in good shape. We will do our best to replace, refund or claim for our customers.
